At Shop Express1World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility:
    You may return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received.

  • How to Return an Item:
    Please contact our customer service team at sales@express1world.co.uk or call +44 330 133 6101 to request a return authorization. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

  • Return Shipping:
    You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

  • Refunds:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the riginal payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Exchanges:
    If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired product or size when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Perfumes and cosmetics that have been opened or used.
  • Personal care items.
  • Customized or personalized products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

At Express1World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day no-quibble guarantee on all products purchased through our website.

Change of Mind Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, you may return unopened products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. We offer a freepost returns address for our UK customers. Please note that we will not refund any postage costs paid at the time of the original order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

For items that are faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Please do not dispose of damaged or broken items, as we will require photographic evidence to support your claim.
  • Once evidence has been provided and approved, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement.

Hygiene and Safety Restrictions

For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for grooming products or cosmetics that have been opened, removed from their original packaging, or show any signs of use, unless they are faulty.

How to Return Your Items

  • If you are unable to use our automated returns portal, please contact our Customer Service team to request a returns form and shipping label.
  • The returns label will be emailed to your registered email address. You can either print the label or handwrite the necessary details as instructed.
  • Attach the label securely to your parcel, ensuring your Returns Number is clearly visible, and include a copy inside the parcel for identification purposes.
  • You will need to pay for standard postage when returning items. We recommend requesting a proof of postage receipt at the Post Office.
  • After posting, email us a photo of your proof of postage receipt. We will refund this postage cost to your original payment method once the return is processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued for the value of the returned products only, up to the maximum order value if returning a full order.
  • In the case of full orders, we may instead arrange account credit for the postage cost.

For faulty, damaged, unsatisfactory quality or incorrect item/s received, please contact Customer Service via the email address or telephone number below within 30 days of receiving your order. Ensure you do not dispose of broken items, as we will require photographic evidence to support any claims for damages. Once this has been provided, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty. For faulty, damaged, unsatisfactory quality or incorrect item/s received please see the separate section here.

If you are unable to use our automated returns portal you will need to contact our Customer Service Team to arrange your returns form and label. This will then be emailed back to your account email address. The label will need to be printed out or hand written as instructed on the returns form. Please attach the label to your parcel ensuring your Returns Number is also on the label and a copy added inside your parcel for identification purposes. When posting you will be required to pay for standard post and will need to request a receipt at the Post Office counter. You can then email us an image of your proof of postage receipt and we can then refund this postage payment against your original payment method for you.

Please note: if you are returning a full order we can only refund upto the maximum order value. Therefore in this situation we would arrange account credit for the cost of your postage for you instead.

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Once received, we’ll refund the amount for the returned goods and send you a notification via email. This can take 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return.

 

Your refund should be returned to your account within 3-5 working days and we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s on its way!

If you don’t receive your refund and it’s been 10 working days since you received our email, then you’ll need to contact our Customer Service team through your account.
